Octogonal Blender Octogonal blenders are offered in different specifications, sizes and shapes. They provide effective results for granules because of slow speed and octagonal shape container. Two third of the volume of the blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The blender mounted on fabricated ‘A’ shape stand with plummer block bearing. One side of the stand provided with drive assembly. For higher capacity material loading, drum with trolley can be provided. Capacity: 1 kg to 4000 liter capacity. Capacities as per requirements. Application Mixing dry granules sub lots to increase the batch size at bulk lubrication stage of tablet granules. Mixing dry powder for tablets and capsules formulations, etc. Optional: MOC S.S. 316, 316L, 304. Vaccum conveying system for powder loading and unloading. Working platform for higher capacity machine. Full unit in GMP or standard model.
