Rapid Mixer Granulator- RMG designed specially to meet the GMP requirement of the Pharmaceutical industry and tablet manufacturing technology. Easy dismantling and cleaning facility for contact parts. Unit is most ideal for dry, wet mixing and wet granulation. Mixing bowl with openable lid made of stainless steel material and safety interlocks. Bowl and other components are polished to mirror finish from inside and outside. Mixing blade assembly consists of two numbers full and two number half blade designed for intense mixing. Bowl shape designed to have no dead spaces. The granulating blades are directly driven by dual speed motor. Main impeller is driven by dual speed motor through a pulley belt drive and worm reduction gear box. Pneumatically operated side discharge valve helps to discharge the material automatically.Unit is mounted on M.S. structural stand which is covered with S.S. sheet and Stainless Steel bubbling plate on top. Electrical /pneumatic control panel is mounted on the machine frame.
